<p>I was speaking to a nurse that is currently on <strong>night shift</strong> for a while and she seemed to me to be under some stress. The longer we spoke the more I decided that I was right about her being under some stress.</p>
<p>It wasn&#8217;t financial stress, as one would think these days, but she told me that she <strong>does not sleep well</strong> with the constant changes needed in her sleeping patterns to go from <em>night shift</em> to day shift and back again.</p>
<p>I could relate to some of her stress inducing situation as I spent some <strong>2 years on night shift</strong> some time ago. However, luckily I did not have to swap between day shift and night shift all the time, like she has to. Once my body adjusted it became simpler for me but still sleeping during the hot summer days was not easy. I started to suffer from &#8220;Lack of Sleep&#8221; induced stress, just as she was showing signs of.</p>
<h1>Get enough Good Sleep or Die</h1>
<p>This sounds harsh but if you look at it we can not survive if we do not get enough good quality sleep and we can die from a lack of it.</p>

I simply had to tell her just how simple it was for me to have as much sleep as i needed and when i needed it.</p>

<p>At first I did not think that this little device could do anything for me when all the other CD’s could not. Here is the great bit, I was proven wrong and it could and did help me with my big issue on how to <strong>reduce stress levels</strong>.</p>

<p>It turns out that we are too smart for ourselves at times. What I am saying is that a CD will play a track and it will work for a short time. This is where our mind takes over and says – I know what’s coming and it will not work this time. You see we learn from repetition meaning that eventually we will have no results from a CD at all. A shame really after investing my hard earned cash in so many.</p>
<p>The reason why I found the Pzizz so helpful with reducing my stress levels is that I decided the duration of my powernaps and it compiled a track for me. Apparently after you tell it the time of your powernap,  it will go through and select the required beginning, middle and end bits to give you the track to listen to. Now because it compiles the track from a large database of beginnings, middles and ends it can generate literally billions of combinations of sounds to ensure that you never hear the same program twice.</p>

<p>When I talk to people about the subject of “<strong>How to reduce Stress Levels</strong>” I most of the time will get this question within the first few minutes, and rightly so as it is a very valid question and a very important one.</p>
<p>You see it is the process of taking short intense naps that gives us long lasting energy boosts and the ability to resolve our Issues that are the cause of our<strong> Stress Levels</strong> being higher. It is unfortunately not widely understood that we as Humans can not survive without Sleep. This is due to the fact that the body uses this “<strong>Down Time</strong>” to sort out the minds issues, be they conflicting input, new ideas, acquired education, visual information and more.</p>
<p>If we do not give the mind time to resolve these things we will find it going further and further OFF TRACK and without resolving this divergence you will deteriorate over time and can actually die from it.</p>
<p>What I am attempting to make you see is that on the one hand you can reduce your <strong>Stress Levels</strong> by taking a <strong>powernap </strong>because your mind will be able to sort out the conflicting messages it got in the first place which caused the higher Stress Level.
